Professional development is a key aspect to ensuring that we provide our clients with quality service. We strongly encourage all new staff to obtain their CPA certificates as quickly as possible and provide incentives for successfully passing the exam. In addition, the firm underwrites the cost of our employees' CPA licenses and renewals, annual dues of the AICPA and state societies as well as the cost of fulfilling their continuing professional education requirements.
