Dwight has been providing tax, accounting and financial planning services since 1970. His expertise includes extensive, hands-on-experience with the myriad of challenges faced by today's small business entrepreneurs. His focus has included succession-planning strategies for closely-held corporations in addition to issues specific to start-up businesses. His designation as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) identifies him as being licensed to provide financial advisory services to clients in the areas of risk management, investments, employee benefits, and tax, retirement & estate planning.
Prior to developing his own practice, Dwight Beucler & Co., Ltd in 1974, Dwight worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. in their Small Business and Tax Departments where he concentrated in tax planning for corporate and partnerships entities as well as high net worth individuals.
Dwight is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Marietta College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics after which he served as an officer in the United States Navy.
Dorothy began her career in public accounting in 1983. She is closely involved in the firm's tax and financial planning departments. In addition to tax preparation, planning and compliance, Dorothy specializes in the areas of the financial planning process, employee benefits and retirement planning, and estate planning. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Dorothy has received certification by the Certified Financial Planners Board of Standards, Inc. to provide financial advisory services to clients. Her services include identification of investor goals and objectives, asset allocation advice, implementation and performance analysis combined with individual and corporate tax planning.
Dorothy joined our firm as part of the merger with Irwin & Co. and was instrumental in the integration of the two practices. Prior to directing the tax practice of Irwin & Co., Dorothy was a tax manager at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Dorothy is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Financial Planning Association. She is a graduate of Villanova University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and of Drexel University where she earned a Master of Science in Taxation.
Geoffrey began his career in public accounting in 1993. He is closely involved in both our audit and tax departments. Geoffrey has a solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and routinely performs engagements for a variety of clients and industry groups. His areas of expertise include the investment management industry, professional service companies, mortgage brokers, and manufacturers. Geoffrey also provides a variety of tax services for our clients including tax return preparation, tax planning and compliance for individuals, corporations and partnerships.
Prior to joining the firm Geoffrey worked in both public accounting and consulting firms specializing in Medicare and Medicaid cost reimbursement to clients in the healthcare industry.
Geoffrey is a licensed CPA in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management with concentrations in accounting/finance and entrepreneurship.
Janine began her career in public accounting in 2001. She has been closely involved in the accounting and auditing engagements for the firm's not-for-profit clients, including organizations subject to the provisions of OMB Circular A-133. Janine has a solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. In addition to her work with not-for-profit organizations, she works closely with our clients in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining the firm Janine held accounting and management positions within the restaurant industry.
Janine is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a graduate of San Jose University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Pam is a tax supervisor and has been working for Beucler, Kelly & Irwin, Ltd. for more than 15 years. She specializes in the preparation of individual and corporate multi-state returns and supervises our bookkeeping and payroll services. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), Pam is licensed to represent clients before the IRS. Not only is she a key leader for the tax department, she is dedicated to providing prompt client service. Pam has been a member of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, formerly known as the American Society of Women Accountants since January 2000 and has served on the Board of Directors for the last 10 years. She just completed a two year term as the Philadelphia Chapter President and is currently serving as a director on the national AFWA Foundation.
